Sighting zones are public locations where people come together. More Info
Tap the map to place the pin. Use two fingers to scroll and zoom.
For instant approval you must be located in the zone you're creating otherwise approval may take up to 48 hours.
Most named public places found on a map qualify as a zone. This includes parks, airports, stations, neighborhoods and universities. We don't currently support zones for individual businesses (restaurants, bars, shops, gyms, hotels). When you make a zone, once approved, it becomes a public address on iSawYou for anyone to visit or post in. They never expire.
Instant approval relies on your device sharing an accurate location that matches the pin you've placed, which can vary by country, hardware, and browser. If location isn't available, you've previously denied permission for this site, or the pin doesn't match, your suggestion still submits normally - it just goes to the usual review instead of being approved instantly, and nothing is lost.
