Sighting

I saw you on your phone outside 9 millbank . I was wearing a blue and white shirt . We made eye contact but you were busy on the phone so I didn’t want to disturb. If you see this I would like to take you on a date 😊 you had curly hair and a black and white dress with black shoes that had heels. You sat by the bus stop and outside the building .  I also had a grey jacket that I took off.
