Sighting

I’m looking for someone I met while I was on vacation in Agadir, Morocco. I visited the Souk with my mother and my brother, and I’m hoping that somehow this reaches the right person.

I don’t remember exactly which day it was, but today is September 9, 2026. We came across a small shop selling argan oil and similar products, and the young man working there is the person I’m looking for.

He looked around 18–20 years old and I’d guess he was about 1.65 m tall. He had short, curly hair, a really kind and charming smile, and was just generally very cute and friendly.

My mother spoke Arabic with him while I was looking around for argan oil. We ended up buying some from his shop. What I especially remember is that after we bought the argan oil, he gave my brother some bread with a paste/spread for free to try. It was such a small gesture, but for some reason I still remember it.

There were so many shops in the Souk, but I remember that his shop was close to a juice shop, which was directly opposite it. It was also near an outdoor Afro hair/braiding shop where people could get their hair braided.

If you happen to recognize this person, or if you are him and somehow see this: I probably seemed very distant or uninterested when I was there, but I honestly wasn’t. I was just shy, especially because my brother was with me. 😭

I never even got your name, which is what makes finding you so difficult.
