Sighting

I helped a guy fishing get a seagull off of his line on Crystal Pier in the beginning of December 2025. Now I would like to figure out who he is.

On Thursday December 11 2025 around 12pm, on Crystal Pier in Pacific Beach. I helped a guy (looked to be in his 30s) fishing who accidentally caught a seagull on his line.

He told me his name after, I cannot for the life of me remember it. I also live on the other side of the country so I cannot just go back there and hope to see him.

Details about him: Light blue Columbia long-sleeve, blue and white striped swim shorts, black sandals, gray padres hat with yellow embroidering, blue and yellow neck gator (that was covering most of his face), black sunglasses, facial hair, accent.
