Sighting

I was the tall black American guy in the matching shirt and shortz set, wearing a ballcap. You have short hair, wearing a jeweled/bedazzled watch and sparkling shorts. You have a neck tattoo and and arm sleeve tattoo as well. I spoke to you and your friend at the bar when you stood next to me and ordered, but you didn’t respond very much.
