Sighting 😍 Elegant lady with blue shoes
Late afternoon (1730ish) last Thursday (March 26), you were sitting on a bench in the Whitehall gardens on the Victoria embankment. You were wearing rather striking blue shoes - I walked past and complimented you on them. Wish I’d stayed for some conversation!
