Sighting

I was wearing a purple floral dress & black denim jacket, I have brown curly hair and brown eyes and I wear lots of eyeliner, you were wearing joggers, red and white Nikes and had mid length black hair, (quite long for a guy) you had two mobile phones which you kept switching between ?? You had a really strange vibe but I like that you know..

We were sat right next to eachother and you looked at the tattoo on my lower leg.
