Sighting

He was wearing a black backpack with red linings, neon shirt, black and red helmet, black motorcycle (idk which cuz i have the memory of a goldfish) he had a small tattoo on his left arm, kinda below his elbow. Aint finna tell yall his license plate but im pretty sure it started with a FM (2016 illinois license plate) Idk where he went, but he went on east main street.
