Sighting

July 15, 2023 I was getting dinner with my dad at a burger king on the rue pierre lescot and i sat outside as you sat on the steps on the other side of the street in all black. i was wearing a white dress. we made eye contact a few times, and held eye contact as you smoked. there was a kid i was playing with, sort of a peek-a-boo game and i saw you smiling at it a few times. you stayed to smoke until we left to go to the musée national d’arte moderne where we lost each other while walking away. then we were standing next to each other at a crosswalk. you slowed down your pace, but i think you noticed my father and didn’t want to make any moves.
