Male in his 20-30’s on a ferry boat

I got eye contact with a man on the ferry boat from Tanger Med to Algeciras. He was with 2 ladys and 1 Child. He was wearing a white Puma t-shirt, Jean shorts and white Nike sneakers. We got eye contact many times and he tried to communicate with me but I didn’t realize it. We sat in the lounge bar in the front of the boat.
