Sighting

I saw this girl at topanga mall on sat. Aug 7. She had inky black hair, light but noticeable green eyes, and really pale. She looked really familiar to me but was too shocked to talk to her but i am trying my best to find her.  She was holding a strawberry drink and standing next to a red haired girl around the same height.
