Sighting

We stood face-to-face in the corridor on the Oxford to Paddington train on Sat 23 Aug (departed at 16:30) for about 15 minutes that felt strangely magical.

You: tall (maybe 6’1?), short brown hair, baseball cap, black hoodie, late 20s maybe. You had an AC/DC tattoo on the back of your left arm and wore a bracelet with white beads with letters spelling “YOU GOT THIS.” That caught my eye and made me smile — I have a mug with the same words, a reminder I bought myself. It felt like a little sign. After Didcot Parkway, you went into the carriage. I got off at Reading, wishing I’d been braver and said something. If you read this, I hope our paths cross again xxx
