Sighting

We met at Madrid Airport, we chatted briefly about how confusing that airport was! I asked you where you were heading and you said it was Germany and that’s where you live. You were heading to Terminal 4 and I thought I should have gone to Terminal 2 but I was mistaken.
It’s only been a few hours, but I haven’t stopped asking myself why I have not done my best to keep the conversation going. How I didn’t ask for your number or even name, doing this as a complete shot in the dark, and I promise I won’t disappoint like I did today. I will totally make it up.
You caught my attention at the very first second, unfortunately I was already trying to recover from a very rough day.
You were wearing a light blue jeans, with a pinkish-gray top.
You were soft spoken, clothes were the perfect combination of modest and elegant, a beautiful, calming looking, and a soul soothing voice.
If only I could turn time back.

I would be the most creative self in making this up for sure!
