Sighting

Probably a long shot but here it goes…
Saw you at a local police station on May 10th at about 12:45, waiting in line for work permit or residence registration, while I was waiting in line for a new ID.
You had reddish hair, jeans, sleeveless beige shirt and white sneakers, sitting next to some older gentleman, waiting. My guess is you’re not local.
We had eye contact (beautiful eyes, by the way), I waved and smiled kinda awkwardly before I had to go.
Felt kinda sorry and stupid for not saying hello and introducing myself afterward, so I figure I’ll give it a shot here.
Doing something like this for the first time since you seem like someone I’d like to hang out with. If you ever see this, take it as an invitation for a coffee, nothing more, nothing less.
