Sighting

In a store in George Street, Edinburgh on Saturday am, 25th of July.
I could feel someone looking at me, looked at the nearest person to me, then realised it was you, with the kindest, warmest, most authentic smile I’ve seen. We were downstairs, I went upstairs to pay, as I walked towards the door, there you were, very tall, with that incredible smile again. I walked along the street then doubled back on myself across the street, realising I was going the wrong way home because I was distracted by your smile.
I looked across at the shop and you were outside looking around.
You were tall (must be because I’m 5’10 & you were tall to me), blonde, handsome with the best smile ever.
I have bobbed, almost shoulder length hair, I was wearing an oversized jacket with white flower corsage,white t shirt & NYC baseball cap.
I was going through a lot but your smile was exactly what I didn’t know I needed. I wanted to say thank you in the moment, and although I doubt you’ll see this, but thank you so much for affecting me more than you’ll ever know.
Though I’ll probably never see it again, that face and smile will stay with me😊
