Sighting

Me, my sister and my mom had just walked out of Target, and while we were getting in the car, the door of his car (gray van) opened and what I assume was his brother got out. He stayed in the van after his brother said something and the door closed. He kind of reminded me of a better-looking Conrad Fisher.
