Sighting

I saw A brown or black haired guy with the most beautiful blue eyes he was probably 1,80-90cm he was walking with another guy to traffic lights
I Wanted to say hi but i was shy
It was yestrday tuesday 1st august in shop called top fresh market BD5 i was in car park around 16:00pm I think
He had orange vest on was smoking a cigarette and carried something what was it ?  I hope that I will be able to find you.. I dont know if it was connection from your side as well
