Sighting

On August 9, 2022 around 12 - 3 PM (I don’t remember the exact time), I went to the World Market in Sioux Falls, South Dakota with my brother and mom. While we were shopping, there was a girl with blonde hair and, from what I remember, she had a yellow/brown flannel shirt and sunglasses with a golden frame. I don’t know any of her information (name, phone number, etc.). But, when my brother and I walked by her, she kind of stared at us, and I said to my brother, “Do you know her? She was looking at us kinda weird.” He says something, and I look and she is near and heard us. I say, “My bad,” to her, just in case she took it wrong. After that, every time we saw each other, we smiled, but later I had to leave. I wish we shared contact information, but we didn’t.
